• DHSC has informed me that all records relating to PPE procurement in 2020 have been passed to
  NHS Supply Chain.
  Please list the contracts let to DHL in 2020 and 2021 by the Parallel Supply Chain team, detailing
  the dates of the contracts, the value and the products for which the contracts were let. Please
  identify those that were let to DHL without competition. Please also identify which were let to DHL
  through the “VIP Fast-track Route”. If no contracts were let to DHL through the Parallel Supply
  Chain, please explain why, given their expertise in and knowledge of the SE Asia market.
